Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at g4userstore.com! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing & Production Times

 Standard Orders (including AliExpress items): All standard orders are processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

 Custom & Handmade Items (e.g., Wheelie Bars): Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of these products, production and manual processing take 10–15 business days before dispatch.

Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand or unexpected logistics backlog, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 Standard Insured Shipping: The estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days after dispatch.

 Custom / Handmade Items Delivery: Total estimated time for custom items is 3–5 weeks (including production and transit).

Please note: Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date the order was placed. Unexpected delays (such as customs clearance or severe weather) may occasionally occur.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

g4userstore.com is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping costs for returned packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
